Venacontra is a new Finnish company in the field of aerosol technology. Our solutions are based on simple and practical but ground-breaking ideas on aerosol dynamics. We have decades of expertise in combustion processes and emissions, aerosol sampling systems, synthesis of functional nanomaterials and in computational aerosol & fluid dynamics modelling.

We are providing novel solutions by combining our knowledge in high temperature chemistry, combustion processes and aerosol dynamics. These include fine particle emission measurements equipments, high-temperature sampling systems, equipments for production of functional nanomaterials and test aerosol generators. Our products are tailor-made for each purpose to fulfil the customers’ needs.

Our sampling solutions provide a simple and reliable method for collections of particle samples from small stoves to large power plants and nanoparticle reactors. The method is based on porous tube dilution and subsequent mixing in desired conditions. We are also developing novel systems for more detailed characterization of particle emissions.

Our customers are e.g. research and testing laboratories, high-tech companies and boiler manufacturers.
